What is MYLO?
MYLO is a loyalty app for the UAE. Members keep every program they hold in one place, see what it is worth, and get told where to earn. For partners, MYLO offers a free program listing, and paid tiers add featured placement and analytics.
How does partner integration work?
No API contract is required to start. Apply for a free listing at mrmylo.io/apply and confirm your email. Complete the short onboarding form and your listing is reviewed and published within 48 hours of submission, visible to members from the Q4 2026 consumer launch. Essential and Eminent are requested from your dashboard once you are listed. For Ecosystem tier partners, optional full API integration is available for deeper data exchange.
Who receives partner push messages?
Push messages only go to members who have turned notifications on in the app. They can switch them off at any time.
What are the minimum commitment terms?
Elemental is free. Essential and Eminent are annual partnerships. Both include a one-time AED 5,000 setup fee, paid once when you first become a paid partner and not charged again on an upgrade, which covers getting your program live on MYLO: we build and verify your listing, configure your earn rates into the SuperStack™ engine so you are ranked correctly at the point of spend, QA your program in the app, and provision your analytics dashboard and portal access. Founding Partners who sign before MYLO's consumer launch lock in current pricing for 24 months post-launch: Essential at AED 2,500/mo instead of AED 3,000, Eminent at AED 5,000/mo instead of AED 6,000. Nothing is charged until MYLO launches to consumers in the UAE; your setup fee and first month are billed then.
How is my program data protected?
Strict data isolation. Each partner sees only their own program's analytics in their dashboard: views, saves, and redemption intent. MYLO connects to no bank or loyalty account and holds no program logins, and PrivacyMask™ hides balances on screen whenever the app is in the background. Members add balances themselves, and no member financial data is shared with partners. No competitor can see your performance. MYLO complies with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and follows international data minimization standards.
When does MYLO launch?
Consumer launch is Q4 2026. Founding Partners are onboarded now and receive priority placement from day one. Pricing locks in for 24 months from launch. The economics you agree today are what you carry into a live audience.
