What is MYLO?

How does partner integration work?
No API contract is required to start. Submit your application at mrmylo.io/apply. MYLO reviews and sends a tailored proposal within 1 business day. Once you approve your tier and complete a short onboarding checklist, your programme is live within 48 hours. For Ecosystem tier partners, optional full API integration is available for deeper data exchange.
What does "opted-in users" mean?
Every MYLO user has explicitly opted in to receive loyalty recommendations, push notifications, and spend alerts. No passive audience. These are users who installed an app specifically to track and act on loyalty value, which means they engage with recommendations differently from a general marketing audience.
What are the minimum commitment terms?
Elemental is free with no commitment. Paid tiers (Essential and Eminent) are month-to-month, with a one-time AED 5,000 API setup fee. Founding partners who commit before MYLO's consumer launch lock in current pricing for 12 months post-launch. There is no exclusivity per category, and multiple programmes in the same vertical can partner simultaneously.
How is my programme data protected?
Strict data isolation. Each partner sees only their own programme's analytics in their dashboard: views, saves, and redemption intent. MYLO's PrivacyMask architecture uses read-only access to loyalty data and shares no member financial data. No competitor can see your performance. MYLO complies with UAE PDPL and DIFC data protection requirements.
When does MYLO launch?
Consumer launch is Q4 2026. Early partners are onboarded now and receive priority placement from day one of the public launch. Founding partner pricing locks in for 12 months from launch, so the economics you agree today are what you carry into a live audience.
