MYLO looks up your program before you open any form. This reference covers what we pre-fill automatically, what you verify, and how your listing goes live on the platform within 48 hours of submission.

Claim your listing

Under 2 minutes

Apply at mrmylo.io/apply, select Elemental, enter your contact details, and that is it. No review, no contract, no setup fee. MYLO creates your listing and sends your onboarding link within minutes. If your program is already in the MYLO directory, contact partner@mrmylo.io and we will send you a direct claim link.

Verify your pre-filled listing

MYLO looks up your program across our database and pre-fills your description, earn rates, enrolment URL, and brand colour before you open the form. Open your onboarding link, verify what we found, and submit. The link is valid for 7 days.

48 hours

MYLO reviews your submission and publishes your listing within 48 hours. Your listing is ready and will be discoverable to UAE loyalty users from the Q4 2026 consumer launch. You receive a confirmation email when your listing is approved.

Review and proposal

MYLO reviews your application within 1 business day and sends a tailored proposal for your tier. Once approved, a digital contract is issued for e-signature. Essential and Eminent tiers include a one-time AED 5,000 setup fee, covering program onboarding: listing build and verification, earn-rate configuration into the SuperStack™ engine, in-app QA, and analytics dashboard provisioning.

Verify your pre-filled listing

Under 3 minutes

Once the contract is signed, you receive a cryptographically signed onboarding link, unique to your account and valid for 7 days. MYLO pre-fills your program details, earn rates, enrolment URL, and brand colour before you open it. Verify what we found and submit.

Go live

48 hours

MYLO reviews your submission and publishes your listing within 48 hours. Your listing is ready and will be discoverable to UAE loyalty users from the Q4 2026 consumer launch. You receive dashboard access, a confirmation email, and a booking link for your partner success call.

Common questions

Integration FAQ

Why do I receive a link to submit my assets rather than doing it through my dashboard?
The onboarding link is cryptographically signed and unique to your account. Only someone with access to the approval email can submit assets on behalf of your program. This protects your brand data (earn rates, logo, card art, billing contact) from unauthorised submission before your dashboard credentials are set up. The link expires in 7 days. If it expires before you complete your submission, request a new one at partner@mrmylo.io and we will send a fresh link within the hour.
What happens if I am not sure of my exact earn rates?
Submit what you know now. MYLO's team will follow up before your listing goes live to confirm or correct rates. Approximate rates are better than blank fields because they allow SuperStack™ to begin building your recommendation profile.
Can I update my earn rates or assets after going live?
Yes. Contact partner@mrmylo.io with the updated information and a short description of what changed. Changes are reviewed and published within 48 hours. Earn rate changes that affect SuperStack™ recommendations are reviewed within 1 business day.
What file format is required for the logo?
SVG is preferred because it scales without quality loss on all screen sizes. PNG is also accepted if SVG is not available. JPEG is not accepted. The logo must have a transparent background and a minimum resolution of 400×400 px.
What is the card art used for?
Card art renders as the digital card face in the MYLO app. It appears on the user's loyalty card list and inside SuperStack™ recommendation cards. High-quality card art significantly improves user recognition and tap-through rates. The required size is 1600×1000 px (8:5 ratio), PNG format.
How does MYLO handle push notification consent for Eminent partners?
MYLO owns the push notification consent flow, language, and legal responsibility inside the app. You provide a brief describing your earn moments and campaigns. MYLO writes the final push copy and decides timing based on user behaviour. You do not need to manage consent separately.
