MYLO is the UAE's loyalty aggregator. It connects UAE loyalty programmes, including airlines, banks, and retail brands, into a single app where users can track balances, compare earn rates, and act on recommendations before points expire.
At the core is the SuperStack™ algorithm, which calculates the exact earn rate per card per merchant in real time, accounting for base rates, category bonuses, and merchant-specific promotions simultaneously. No comparable product in MENA calculates this correctly.
Onboarding is handled by CardIQ™, a zero-friction onboarding module that gets users from install to fully connected in under two minutes.

Acer Jamal founded MYLO to fix the loyalty gap in the UAE, where residents hold an average of 8 to 12 memberships but lose AED 2,400 or more per year in unclaimed or underused points. He is building MYLO in Dubai with a focus on the MENA region, where no loyalty aggregator has been built correctly before. MYLO's MVP is complete, 190 tests passing, and consumer launch is scheduled for Q4 2026.
