1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember certain information about your visit.
2. Cookies we use
mrmylo.io uses four categories of cookies: strictly necessary, functional, analytics and performance, and marketing and advertising. Strictly necessary cookies are always active. You choose the other three via the cookie banner or “Cookie Settings” in the footer, at any time.
3. Strictly necessary cookies
Authentication, session management, security tokens (CSRF protection), and the consent cookie itself (mrmylo_cookie_consent, remembers your preferences for 12 months). Required for the partner portal to function; cannot be turned off.
4. Functional cookies
On by default. Remember your dashboard preferences, filter settings, and display choices, so you don’t have to reset them each session.
5. Analytics and performance cookies
On by default. We use PostHog and Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how partners use the dashboard: which features are used most, where onboarding friction occurs, and where we can improve. If you turn these off, neither loads.
6. Marketing and advertising cookies
Off by default; explicit opt-in required. We use the Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure partner campaign reach and attribution (ad impressions, conversions). These are never used to individually re-target partner users. If you don’t opt in, neither loads.
7. Third-party cookies
PostHog, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag are third-party services with their own cookie and privacy practices.
8. Managing cookies
Change your choice at any time via “Cookie Settings” in the footer, or through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in to the partner portal. You can find instructions for your browser at allaboutcookies.org.
